RECAPS (week of October 28 thru November 1):

Alexis' marriage proposal is turned down by Ned because he doesn't feel it's about love. After Ned leaves Alexis dreams that Ned is the host of a television program called "Pride and Pentenance". Alexis imagines herself on the streets with her child begging for money, and sorry for losing Ned(I'll skip the editorial here). Alexis then flashes back to running out on Ned at their wedding, and when Gia visits, she tells Gia that she really does love Ned.

Alexis leaves the hospital to attend Alcazar's deposition. Ned criticizes this, (oh what a suprise!)and they also agree to not discuss the marriage proposal.

At the deposition, Carly feels the need to again remind Alexis that she falsely accused Sonny of being responsible for Kristina's death. She in fact goes on to remind Alexis that if she had told Kristina the truth about carrying Sonny's baby, Kristina would still be alive. Alexis is jolted.(Ned doesn't interfere).

Alexis testifies. She later demands justice from Scott when Alcazar has friends in high places and gets the judge to order his release.

Sonny attends the PC Halloween Gathering with Mrs C.(missed opportunity for character intergration between PC and GH). Sonny leaves Carly there once he spots Alcazar missing from the party, he needs to go check on Brenda (this sounds familiar). Lilly, oops I mean Carly gives him permission to go to Brenda. (old fans will remember this script). When Sonny arrives at the Penthouse with his bodyguards he orders them to take out Alcazar. Brenda comments on the fact that she has never heard Sonny actually give this type of order and they have words.

Alexis is on the case for Luke! She listens to the tape that Gia and Nicholas obtained where Laura confesses to murdering Rick Webber. Alexis takes it to Scott threatening to release the tape to the public if he does not release Luke, proving that Scott framed an innocent man.
